The hotel was incredibly beautiful. The staff was welcoming. The double room with a garden view was arranged nicely. The location is quiet, by a beautiful garden. It's close to the center, restaurants, bank, and gas station.

The hotel was nice with marvellous location very close to shops and restaurants, the valley, and the center. After a long drive the friendly and very-very nice staff was waiting for us.

This place is beautiful and the staff are helpful. Their rooms are always cozy and fine with utensils and warm shower, for instance. The location is good and absolutely perfect, 2 miles from a private university. There is a good restaurant.

Centrally located near shops and restaurants, the lounge and terrace were super relaxing. The spacious kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed. The helpful staff arranged a taxi for us and gave us lots of helpful information. The locked gate parking and picturesque view added to the experience. The town is a perfect base for exploring nearby volcanoes, national parks, hot springs, and hiking trails. Plus, free wi-fi, free parking, airport shuttle, laundry, leisure/tv room, shared kitchen, and pet-friendly! Cannot recommend enough!

We had a great stay at this guest house in Orosi. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance and the added convenience of being able to park our car on the property. The view from the terrace on the first floor was amazing, providing a nice spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Another advantage was that the rooms were clean and the interior was welcoming. The owner was friendly and made sure we felt comfortable and settled in.

That the hot water in the showers didn't function well, which was a bit disappointing. , the check-in process was confusing as there was no reception at the guest house and we had to go to a separate location to get our keys.
